Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Management Supervise, support, and coach field technicians and service staff Recruit, onboard, and retain high-performing team members Promote a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement Operational Excellence Ensure services are completed to standard, on time, and within scope Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs), including job completion rate, quality scores, and customer satisfaction Develop and maintain operational systems, workflows, and checklists to drive consistency Client Satisfaction & Quality Assurance Uphold Kitchen Guard of Charlotte’s values of quality and consistency in every client interaction Conduct periodic site visits and service audits to ensure compliance with NFPA 96 fire safety regulations Resolve service issues and ensure a responsive, customer-focused experience Strategic Growth & Scalability Collaborate with ownership to plan for market expansion Identify areas for operational scaling, automation, and process improvement Contribute to business planning, forecasting, and strategic goal setting

Requirements:

Proven experience in operations management, preferably in trade services, facility services, or hospitality-related industry Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop and retain a team Track record of managing KPIs and delivering operational results and excellence Hands-on mindset with a willingness to be involved in day-to-day activities as well as big-picture planning Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills Tech-savvy and comfortable using scheduling, CRM, and reporting tools Familiarity with safety compliance and regulatory standards (fire safety experience is a plus) Ready to Make a Difference?
