Manager/General Manager The Roasting Company 1521 Montford Drive, Charlotte, NC 28209 The Roasting Company – Charlotte Looking for one Manager with potential to be General Manager The Roasting Company (RoCo) had been serving our Costa Rican rotisserie chicken for over 34 years in Charlotte. We are seeking a long term associate who would like to grow with the business. Our group includes five local restaurants. We have a fast paced and upbeat work environment. We work hard and have fun while doing it. We are a performance-based company that rewards hard work. Our Restaurant Managers are hands on managers, working side by side with the team , strengthening teamwork and customer service, creating a great experience for every customer. We are seeking a manager with the ability to lead a great team in a fast-paced environment. Restaurant experience a must. Management experience desired but we will train the right candidate.

Must have current Serve Safe Working manager – you must be able to work a position and manage the staff and operations at the same time
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction in the restaurant. Manage inventory levels, including ordering and stocking supplies as needed. Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive team environment and ensuring adherence to company policies. Handle cash register operations and maintain accurate financial records. Hiring and scheduling of staff Pay based on experience and potential. Training pay at @ $55,000. After training, pay at @$60,000+. If selected to be General Manager pay at @ $75,000.
