$105,000 – $115,000 base + bonus + relocation assistance An award-winning luxury property on Cape Cod is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead its intimate, fine dining restaurant—recognized for its multi-course tasting menus, curated wine pairings, and Forbes-level service. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a polished, guest-obsessed professional with sommelier-level wine knowledge and a deep appreciation for seasonal, chef-driven cuisine. You’ll be at the forefront of one of New England’s most respected culinary programs, overseeing a front-of-house team that delivers flawless, high-touch experiences night after night.
What You’ll Do:
Lead nightly operations of the dining room with precision, professionalism, and warmth Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef on menu presentation, pacing, and service choreography Take full ownership of the wine and beverage program, including pairings, cellar curation, and team education Elevate hospitality standards and guest engagement through presence, polish, and intuition Mentor and manage a small, dedicated FOH team in a boutique setting where every detail matters
Ideal Candidate:
Proven success in luxury or fine dining leadership (Forbes, Michelin, or Relais & Châteaux preferred) Strong sommelier background or formal certification Excellent communication, floor presence, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences Deep knowledge of wine, service mechanics, and pacing within a multi-course environment Experience leading teams in small, high-performance restaurants
