Restaurant General Manager 3.2 3.2 out of 5 stars 1565 Us 1 Highway South, Southern Pines, NC 28387 Fast Casual Franchise in Southern Pines, NC is seeking a General Restaurant Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities Oversee guest services and resolve issues Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation Train and manage kitchen personnel Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations Looking for someone who can see the big picture. You job will entail being responsible for every aspect of the restaurant. We are looking for friendly energetic hard working people who want to grow with this company.
Your job will include:
ordering product, making schedules, maintaining an “A” sanitation grade, building/growing sales, retaining proper number of employees, hiring/firing employees, staffing shifts properly, taking deposits to the bank daily, training new crew, maintaining assistant managers and shift leaders, being 100% responsible for the restaurant at all times (even on days off and when crew and other mangers don’t show), passing corporate inspections, controlling labor and food costs within given guidelines, completing admin paperwork and maintaining a very clean restaurant.
Qualifications:
Previous experience( 4 years minimum) in restaurant management required. Strong leadership qualities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and communication skills Strong attention to detail Competitive Compensation Starting Between $55K – $65K Plus Bonus Opportunities!
