JOB SUMMARY
The Assistant Dietary Manager is a key part of our facility. Some of the job responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Oversight of the Dietary Department. Recruitment, Hiring, and Supervision of Dietary Department staff as needed. Ensure that all food procedures are followed in accordance with established policies. Work with all departments within the facility to ensure positive resident outcomes. Ensure all policies and procedures of the Dietary Department are followed by staff. Perform administrative tasks and prepare reports, as requested. Ensure excellent communication among staff, residents, and families. Respect others by treating them the way we want to be treated. Demonstrate kindness, compassion, honesty, and integrity at all times. REQUIREMENTS
