The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and a positive dining experience for our guests. Duties Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service. Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging teamwork. Manage shift schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure food quality and presentation meet established standards. Address Members inquiries and complaints promptly, providing solutions to enhance guest satisfaction. Enforce health and safety regulations within the restaurant environment. Qualifications Proven experience in a supervisory role within a quick service fast food restaurant is preferred. Strong knowledge of kitchen management practices, including inventory control. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
