Join our vibrant Irish and English pub, open six days a week Tuesday – Sunday 3pm till 10pm. We pride ourselves on exceptional service, a welcoming atmosphere, and a commitment to our community. We’re looking for a motivated FOH Manager to lead our team and help us grow!

Job Description:

As the FOH Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring top-notch customer service, and maintaining a lively and enjoyable environment for both staff and patrons. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage front-of-house operations, including staffing, training, and scheduling Ensure outstanding customer service and satisfaction Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the pub Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally Assist in managing social media presence and marketing efforts Maintain inventory and assist with ordering supplies Contribute to the development of promotional events and specials

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a management role within the hospitality industry Familiarity with POS systems, preferably Toast Strong leadership and team-building skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Experience with social media marketing and engagement Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Passion for the pub culture and commitment to growth
