Please have:

Past General Manager experience or Assistant Manager experience with a desire for added responsibility. Excellent organizational and leadership abilities. Familiarity with MS Office and various business software. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with all levels of personnel. Effective communicator, both up and down the chain of command. Must take ownership in the location, and be available for the team when needed.
