We are a fine-dining Italian steakhouse in the heart of downtown Wilmington seeking an experienced and service-driven General Manager to lead our team and elevate the guest experience. Role Overview:

Oversee and ensure excellence in all service aspects of the dining experience. Lead, train, and inspire front-of-house staff to provide world-class service. Act as the face of the restaurant—building genuine connections with guests and fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless service and consistent quality.
