Restaurant Manager Bilingual (English & Spanish) Bonita Latin Fusion & Cocktails Restaurant 5 Brunswick Street, Wilmington, NC 28401 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fast-paced restaurant. The ideal candidate must be able to comm in English and Spanish, will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining high standards of food quality and service. Responsibilities Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction. Train, develop, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding hospitality and performance. Manage inventory, including cash handling and POS system operations, to maintain accurate financial records. Oversee food preparation and presentation to guarantee quality standards are met. Implement effective marketing strategies to promote catering services and enhance restaurant visibility. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations within the restaurant. Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain a positive dining experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop new menu items that align with customer preferences. Requirements Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality management, preferably in a quick-service food environment. Bilingual (Spanish ) Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively. Payroll and schedulin experience Experience in training development for staff members to enhance service quality. Proficient in cash handling procedures and operating POS systems. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
