- We are growing and are in need of a second Front of House Manager to support our existing management team & staff
- The Sailfish at Marsh Creek Marine is a locally owned waterfront restaurant offering panoramic views of the ICW.
It is a full-service business offering fresh local seafood entrees throughout the year. Opened in 2016, we offer something for every taste focusing on simplicity and freshness. Accessible by land or water, The Sailfish has become a well-known family and recreational destination. FOH Support for Ballyhoos/ The Sailfish
- Experience with interviewing, training and developing staff a plus
- Aloha experience a plus
- Bar knowledge a plus but not required
- Prior restaurant management experience required
- Availability to work Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Memorial,4th of July and Labor Day holiday weekends is required. As a restaurant on the water accessible by boats, many choose these holidays to visit our restaurant with their families and friends. Making us a destination spot over Spring/Summer holidays.

We Close at 9pm!
- We CLOSE for Thanksgiving so that you can spend time with your family, friends, etc.
- We CLOSE for 2 weeks over the Christmas and New Year holiday so that you can spend time with your family, friends, etc. Did we mention that we PAY you for those 2 weeks?
- 40 hour paid vacation
- and if you’re adding it up, that is 3 total paid weeks out of the year. (2 at Christmas and 1 to use throughout the year upon request and approval)
