We are seeking managers at all levels with the ability to lead a great team in a fast-paced environment. Our managers need to be able to run all aspects of running a high-volume restaurant business. They need to have proven success of coaching and training a large team.
General Manager Requirements include:
1 year Management experience (Restaurant Management a plus) Must be able to lead, recognize and train successful talent Must be able to communicate effectively with your team and customers Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Ability to multitask Experience meeting/exceeding targeted standards including food, labor, paper cost through effect planning and training of team Our General Manager benefits include: Salary/Compensation $75,000 – $100,000 Appreciation pay of $15 PER HOUR Monthly bonus based on sales increases Additional monthly bonus- $1500 potential 401k up to 4% matching Vacation Medical after 90 days Dental after 90 days Vision after 90 days Life insurance after 90 days 5 day work week Flexible schedule Free food Thanksgiving and Christmas day off
