Carolina Meadows is looking for an experienced Nutrition Care Manager to lead our Skilled Nursing Facility’s Dining Services Team. This position requires at least 5-7 years of experience in leading a dietary nutrition team. This position is primarily responsible for Pines dining services and nutritional care in the absence of the Registered Dietitian for the Pines operations in Dining Services department. Direct supervision and evaluation of dietary employees and resident satisfaction. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site leadership position. The Nutrition Care Manager will monitor and ensure our Health Center dining services operations are in compliance with community policies and procedures and state and federal regulations. They will also perform the necessary clerical functions related to operations and resident care for the Health Center Dining Services. This role is the leader and manager of assigned direct reports; ensuring productivity, efficiency and accuracy in the work performed.
