You If:
Minimum age: 18 years of age. 1 years ofrestaurant management experience preferred. Proven ability to leadgreat shifts while directing, motivating, coaching and developingothers in a fast-paced environment. ServSafe certification (orability to achieve certification). This role requires flexiblehours including nights and weekends in a faced-paced environmentwith shifting priorities. Any job offer for this position isconditional upon the results of a background check. Whileperforming this job, the Team Manager role is regularly requiredto: Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects 25 pounds.
Capability to stand and walk for up to 6 hours. Must be able toclearly communicate and quickly understand guests and associates’directions in a loud environment.
