We are a counter service, Baja California style restaurant focused on the freshness and quality of our food served with excellent customer service. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and attentive. We expect our assistant manager’s to help train and work alongside our team to deliver exceptional service and food to our guests.

Responsibilities:

Learn system and train employees and monitor operations to ensure customer expectations are exceeded. Manage employees to provide exceptional food quality in a timely and cost effective method. Work alongside our staff on serving line, cash register, and food prep Provide great customer service with a smile. Follow all health and safety protocols. Ensure line is stocked and all recipes and products follow company standards.

Qualifications:

Must be passionate about serving customers and working with a smile Experience working in a fast paced environment leading a team to success. Excellent customer service skills. Basic knife skills. Time management skills.

Available shifts and compensation:

We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $16.00 – $22.00/hour.
