We are looking for one General Manager to help lead our team and store opening. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and hard-working. We are located at 2035 Flower Drive right by the new Lowe’s Foods. This position is hands-on and very customer service focused, we expect our managers to work alongside our team and support the operations of the store. Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the restaurant’s operations, including food production, customer service, and staff management.
• Work alongside staff to ensure successful service.
• Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality standards and providing exceptional service.
• Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize resources to achieve financial targets.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and employee development. Qualifications
• Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers
• Positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture
• Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused workplace
• Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
