Front of House (FOH) Manager – Own the Guest Experience We’re hiring an experienced FOH Manager to lead service excellence, guest satisfaction, and front-of-house operations in a fast-paced, team-driven restaurant. Job Descriptions Lead service on the floor: Deliver hospitality, solve issues fast Train & coach FOH team: Hosts, servers, cashiers, support staff Control labor & upselling: Real-time floor management and scheduling Manage execution: FOH checklists, shift readiness, section control Drive guest satisfaction: Repeat visits, strong reviews, fewer complaints
