Job Summary Job Summary:

This is a great opportunity to join a reputable and growing company! We are seeking a growth-minded Chef Manager to lead culinary operations in a child care environment. In this role, you will be responsible for the success of both the culinary and food service operations, ensuring nutritious, high-quality meals are prepared and served in accordance with child nutrition standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Full culinary management of the food service operation, including inventory, ordering, and receiving Ensure compliance with child nutrition guidelines and food safety standards Develop child-friendly, nutritious menus with a focus on local and sustainable ingredients Maintain P&L accountability and manage contract food service operations Lead and train kitchen staff to uphold high standards of quality, safety, and service Collaborate with child care staff to support a positive mealtime experience for children

Preferred Qualifications:

Working knowledge of HACCP and child nutrition regulations Three years of culinary management experience, preferably in contract foodservice, education, or child care settings Strong background in food and catering trends, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation Experience with exposition cooking ServSafe certification is a plus Passion for sustainability and creating healthy meals for children Apply to Eurest today!
