Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in shift management, team leadership, food safety, and customer service.

Duties:

Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant Ensure high standards of food preparation, presentation, and service Train and supervise staff on food handling, safety procedures, and customer service Oversee inventory management and ordering supplies Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and profitability goals Coordinate catering orders and events as needed

Requirements:

Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role in the restaurant industry Strong knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations Excellent leadership and team management skills Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction High School Diploma or Equivalent.
