We are seeking a dedicated Assistant General Manager to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and leading a team of staff members. This position requires strong leadership skills, a passion for the hospitality industry, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities Assist the General Manager in daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the restaurant. Supervise and train staff members, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork. Manage inventory levels, including food and beverage supplies, to ensure optimal stock availability. Place truck orders Oversee food safety protocols and maintain compliance with health regulations. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints to enhance guest satisfaction. Utilize POS systems, such as Aloha POS, for efficient order processing and payment handling. Collaborate with management and entire team to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation. Monitor financial performance metrics and assist in budgeting processes. Implement marketing strategies to promote fast casual dining experiences. Skills Proven experience in team management within a restaurant or hospitality setting. Strong knowledge of food management practices and food safety standards. Proficiency in using POS systems, or similar platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and staff. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on enhancing customer experiences.
