Front of House Manager The Smoke Pit 1507 West Roosevelt Boulevard, Monroe, NC 28110 We are seeking a dedicated Front of House Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth restaurant functioning.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the front-of-house staff
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
• Train, schedule, and supervise staff members
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
• Collaborate with the kitchen team for efficient service
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally

Requirements:

• Previous experience in restaurant management or hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards
• Proficiency in POS systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
