What You’ll Do:

Lead front-of-house and back-of-house operations Ensure an outstanding guest experience every shift Support bar management , including inventory and vendor coordination Manage inventory and maintain food/beverage cost targets Train, schedule, and motivate team members Help maintain a clean, organized, and energetic workplace

What We’re Looking For:

Local candidates preferred (Cary/RTP area) 2+ years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management Strong leadership and communication skills Hands-on style — willing to jump in wherever needed Knowledge of bar operations, ordering, and vendor management is a plus Familiarity with ToastPOS is helpful (not required)
