Brixx Wood Fired Pizza in Cary is looking for a local rockstar to step in as our next Assistant General Manager — with a clear path to quickly grow into a General Manager role. We’re not just tossing pizzas — we’re building a community. And we want someone who knows the area, loves connecting with people, and is ready to take the next big step in their management career. What You’ll Lead (and Own): Guest Experience – Create memorable moments, lead by example, and drive hospitality every day. Team Management – Hire, train, coach, and inspire front and back-of-house team members. Bar Oversight – Support a high-energy bar with quality drinks and solid inventory control. Inventory & Vendors – Stay on top of stock, keep costs in check, and build solid vendor relationships. Shift & Operational Excellence – Help run tight, efficient shifts and contribute to a positive, fun workplace.
Who We’re Looking For:
Local to the Cary/RTP area (or nearby and very familiar with the community). Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality management (AGM, Shift Lead, FOH Manager, etc.) Leadership skills with a team-first mentality. Organized, adaptable, and passionate about great food and great service. Comfortable in both FOH and BOH operations. Why Join Us?
