The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our recreation environment, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to foster a positive team atmosphere. Duties Assist in overseeing daily operations and managing staff to ensure optimal performance. Drive sales through effective sales management techniques and customer engagement strategies. Maintain accurate inventory control by monitoring stock levels, conducting weekly audits, and implementing inventory management best practices. Check in customers and also run the concessions/ bar. Provide training and mentorship to team members and ensure customer service excellence. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of phone etiquette during customer interactions. Foster a welcoming environment for customers by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with the management team to implement promotional strategies that drive traffic and increase sales. A PLUS would be the ability to drive a truck with a trailer as we have a mobile axe trailer. Qualifications Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Must be at least 21 years old to apply for this position as we serve liquor. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. Night and weekend availability is a must.
