Dining Room Manager Position Available In Wake, North Carolina

Dining Room Manager Windsor Point Retirement Community 1221 North Broad Street, Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526 The Dining Room Manager’s primary function is to oversee the set-up, operation and appearance of the Independent Dining Room. The Dining Room Manager will work closely with the Dietary Manager and the Chef Supervisor, as well as daily cooks in ensuring food is served attractively, at the proper temperature and in a timely manner. Specific Responsibilities – Responsible for recruiting, hiring and training wait staff for both the Independent and Regency Court Dining Rooms. Train & familiarize new wait staff on standard operating procedures. Generate bi-monthly wait staff work schedule. Work closely with the dietary manager & chef supervisor, as well as daily cooks, in ensuring food is served attractively, at the proper temperature & in a timely manner. Provide clear lines of communication between upper management & wait staff. Enforce dining room guidelines to promote special events, seasons, outings, etc. in the dining room.

Wears appropriate uniform attire:

business casual clothing, non-skid shoes, and name badge. Be able to lift up to 30lbs. Assumes other duties as needed to ensure the smooth operation of Windsor Point.
