Job DescriptionTheGeneral Manager of the Savor Food Truck will serve as theleadership figure for the truck. Responsibilities include assistingin the creation and implementation of strategic systems to promoteand improve Savor’s business model. The role involves ensuring thesuccess of the truck and staff, operating out of a commissarykitchen, and providing on-site catering for community, corporate,and special events. The General Manager will oversee all foodproduction, on-truck activities, event planning, and coordinationof the truck’s calendar.
Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED 4-6 years of experience in culinary, food truck, or hospitalityenvironments Culinary background required Proven experience managing food production, staff, and eventlogistics Strong understanding of daily food truck operations and abilityto drive a large vehicle Ability to coordinate and manage large groups Effective interpersonal and leadership skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of and commitment to Catholic social teachings andthe mission of Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Raleigh Valid NC Driver’s License and a clean driving record Authorized to work in the U.S. Willingness to travel and work evenings or weekends asneededBenefits Medical, Prescription, Vision, and Dental Plans Paid Vacation, Sick, and Holiday Time Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) – up to 12 weeks of paidleave
