The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for fine dining, and a commitment to outstanding customer service. As the General Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure that our establishment maintains the highest standards of quality and service. Duties Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities. Ensure exceptional customer service by training staff to meet high standards of hospitality. Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and quality control. Manage shift schedules and staffing levels to optimize service efficiency. Conduct interviews and hire new staff members while fostering a positive work environment. Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and ensure proper stock levels. Collaborate with culinary teams to develop menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences. Monitor financial performance and implement strategies for cost control while maximizing profitability. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and safe environment for both staff and guests. Qualifications Proven experience in a management role within the food service or fine dining industry. Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
