The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and food service management, with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences. This role requires excellent supervisory skills, the ability to manage staff effectively, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food and beverage service. Duties Ensuring all team members are trained in food handling and service protocols. Manage daily bar operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and ordering supplies. Train and mentor staff customer service techniques and safety standards. Ensure seamless food production and service during busy shifts. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill area in compliance with health regulations. Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or complaints promptly to enhance guest experiences. Ensure adherence to all licensing laws and regulations related to alcohol service. Qualifications Proven experience in a bar management or supervisory role within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of food service management principles, including food production techniques and safety standards. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a diverse team. Proficient in cash handling procedures and financial management related to bar and grill operations. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer interaction. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work holidays as required by business needs. Pay $15.00 – $17.00 per hour + tips
