Helping to schedule for the front of house employees at your location, covering shifts when we have call outs, and following through with documentation for unexcused absences. Keeping storage areas clean and organized with proper labeling. Make sure all employees are trained and following all health department guidelines. Placing food and supply orders on a daily basis. You must be a hands on manager, and work with the team on a daily basis to ensure quality and productivity. We want to train someone on how we like our business run and promote from within when we are opening another location.
