Your Mission:
Be the Glue that Keeps SMASH Moving As a Manager at SMASH, you’ll help lead the daily rhythm of the restaurant — coaching team members, supporting front-of-house operations, and making sure our guests have a five-star experience (with a side of ping pong, of course). You’ll report to the General Manager and collaborate with other leaders to ensure service excellence, team accountability, and fun that never misses the mark. What You’ll Do Lead the
Floor:
Be present, responsive, and ready to jump in where needed — whether that’s hosting, expediting, or handling a guest issue with care and confidence. Coach the
Team:
Train, motivate, and support hourly staff to deliver fast, friendly, and flawless service. Own the

Run smooth and successful shifts, making real-time decisions to keep the restaurant energized and efficient. Uphold the
