INITIALPRIORITIESOFTHENEWGENERALMANAGER/CHIEFOPERATINGOFFICER
InitialprioritiesforthenewGM/COOareexpectedtoinclude:
IdentifyingareasforimprovementwithinallcluboperationsanddepartmentswithafocusonHouseactivities,overalltechnology,andthefront-of-housefoodandbeverageoperationstoelevatemembersatisfactionandoverallserviceexcellence.

EDUCATIONALANDCERTIFICATIONQUALIFICATIONS
Abachelor’sdegreeispreferred,withafocusonHospitalityManagement.
Substantialprivatecluborhospitalityexperiencewillbeconsideredinlieuofthedegree.
IndustrycertificationssuchasCCM,CCE,CMC,orPGAareencouragedbutnotrequired.
