Salary:

As we expand, we are seeking passionate Front of the House Managers, Kitchen Managers, and Chefs to join our leadership team at our Charlotte Leo’s location, with the exciting possibility of transitioning to our newest opening in Greenville, South Carolina , in the Fall of 2026.
Position Overview:
As a manager, for the front of the house or kitchen, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, maintain high standards of food quality and Guest service, drive financial performance, and ensure smooth operations in both the front-of-house and back-of-house. Collaborating closely with fellow managers, you will implement strategies to enhance service, revenue, and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Building Focus o Works on sales first, numbers follow. o Works with staff and managers on training, recommendations, seamless service, and anticipating guests’ needs. o Understands the community around the restaurants and makes sure we are competitive, aware, and participate in events
Leadership & Staff Management:
Recruit, train, and develop both front-of-house and back-of-house teams. Foster a positive and efficient work environment by motivating, coaching, and providing constructive feedback. Ensure adherence to restaurant policies and procedures.
Guest Service & Guest Relations:
Deliver exceptional guest experiences by monitoring service standards and addressing concerns. Handle guest complaints professionally and promptly.
Operations & Financial Management:
Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency across all departments. Oversee inventory control and cost management to ensure profitability. Analyze financial reports and KPIs, implementing action plans to meet business goals.
Health & Safety Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards, including food safety and sanitation practices.
Marketing & Community Engagement:
Collaborate with the marketing team on promotions, events, and community initiatives. Build relationships with local suppliers and partners to enhance the restaurant’s reputation.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a management role within the restaurant or hospitality industry. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage a team. In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, financial management, and Guest services. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain a positive attitude. Strong problem-solving skills and quick decision-making capabilities. Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry. Flexible schedule with willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ability to lift 50lbs and stand for 8-10 hours.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience. Familiarity with restaurant management software and POS systems. Strong understanding of marketing strategies and social media management.
