We’re looking for a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead our team and bring the spark of Chispa to life every day. The ideal candidate has a strong background in food service management, excels at team development, and is committed to creating a fun, efficient, and guest-focused environment. As General Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, drive team performance, and ensure every guest walks away feeling the warmth and flavor of Chispa. Key Responsibilities Lead all daily operations including labor, food cost, and inventory control. Drive team performance through ongoing training, feedback, and accountability. Maintain a fast, fresh, and consistent guest experience in line with Chispa’s brand values. Uphold health, food safety, and sanitation standards at all times. Foster a high-energy, respectful work environment that encourages teamwork and growth. Manage ordering, receiving, and stock rotation for kitchen and service supplies. Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction. Support innovation by working with the culinary team on new menu items and LTOs. Oversee use of POS system (Toast) for accurate cash handling, sales tracking, and reporting. Qualifications (Flexible based on Overall Qualifications) Strong guest service instincts with a drive to create a welcoming, efficient dining experience. Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on management style. Restaurant Management experience, preferably in Fast Casual or QSR. Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and hit performance goals. Experience training and developing staff for high-volume service. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus. Familiarity with Latin cuisine or rotisserie-style concepts is a bonus.
