Responsibilities Assist the General Manager in managing daily operations, including staffing, training, and scheduling. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food handling standards. Oversee kitchen management, including inventory control, food quality, and presentation. Coordinate catering services and special events to enhance guest satisfaction. Train and develop staff to deliver exceptional service in both casual and fine dining settings. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction. Support financial management tasks such as budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Collaborate with the management team to implement marketing strategies that drive business growth. Skills Strong interviewing skills to effectively recruit and select top talent for the team. Proficient in kitchen management practices to ensure smooth culinary operations. Experience in catering services with a focus on event planning and execution. Knowledge of casual dining and fine dining service standards. Familiarity with food handling regulations to ensure compliance with safety protocols. Ability to develop training programs that enhance staff performance and service quality. Experience in bartending is a plus, contributing to a well-rounded understanding of beverage service.
