leader to manage the day to day operations. The successful candidate will have a dynamic personality and Lead by example. To be considered for this position you must have at least 3 years of General Manager experience in a Full Service Restaurant. Responsibilities Promote exceptional guest service Be willing and able to jump on the line to get the best burgers in town to our guests. Ensure that the restaurant operates in a way that meets our quality standards Oversee day to day business Resourcefully solve any issues that arise Manage and train staff, establish working schedule and assess staff’s performance Order supplies to stock inventory appropriately Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
