Deli Manager – Seasonal JoJo’s Country Store 934 Moultonborough Neck Road, Moultonborough, NH 03254 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to lead our deli team in delivering exceptional food service and hospitality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management, with expertise in casual dining environments. As the Deli Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining excellent customer service standards. Duties Supervise and train deli staff to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service. Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices. Develop training programs for staff to enhance skills in food preparation and customer service. Oversee daily deli operations, including scheduling, staffing, and workflow management. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee engagement. Qualifications Proven experience in food service management or a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations. Experience with supervising staff and developing training programs is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
