Duties:

• Manage and lead a team of employees, including hiring, training, and scheduling
• Ensure smooth operation of the kitchen and dining areas
• Oversee inventory management and ordering supplies
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
• Implement and maintain food safety standards
• Utilize POS systems for transactions and reporting

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the food industry with a focus on kitchen management
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
• Previous experience as an Assistant Manager is preferred
