is looking for a Deli Manager. The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing a deli department or food establishment of a similar comparison. Along with experience in team managing, production scheduling, product management, and quality control. The ability to follow recipes and replicate the same product consistently is a must, though bringing creative ideas to elevate the department is welcome! Responsibilities

• Food production & production scheduling
• Product management: quantity control, stocking, product ordering, backstock management.
• Team management
• Quality control: product taste, presentation, rotation, shrink
• Maintaining sanitation standards during and post food production.

Requirements Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a professional deli environment preferred. Prior experience managing a team of people required. Ability to multitask and prioritize duties effectively. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Must be available to work evenings and weekends. Must have reliable transportation. Must be willing to work overtime when needed. Must be willing to work holidays when needed (We are closed on Thanksgiving day, Christmas day, New Years day, and Easter Sunday.)
