What You’ll Do:
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing food and labor budgets, prep, staffing, and scheduling
- Lead BOH operations and support the front-of-house team to help grow year-over-year sales
- Use computer skills (POS, Excel, inventory) to drive efficiency and cost control
- Collaborate with leadership on growth and team development
- Foster a positive, fun work culture where everyone leaves a little happier
