The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy, enhancing our online presence, and engaging with our audience across various platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, graphic design skills, and the ability to analyze data to optimize performance. The job will be a hybrid format which will require some time on site to interface with different departments so ideally, we are looking for someone in the southern New Hampshire/Northern Massachusetts area. Experience managing social media for a coffee or cafe business is a plus. Compensation is negotiable but will be determined based on experience. Compensation beyond base may be an option for hitting specific metrics. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across social media platforms. Conduct research on current trends in social media and e-commerce to inform content creation. Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and respond in a timely manner. Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns. Collaborate with management team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals. Proofread all content before publication to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines. Qualifications Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing. Strong graphic design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies. Excellent research skills to stay updated on industry trends. Strong proofreading abilities with attention to detail.
