The Café Manager is responsible for the overall operations and performance of the café to meet organizational objectives. The mission of the Café Manager is to provide our guests with the finest service and travel experience that exceeds expectations and delivers sound results for our organization. The Café Manager will use their knowledge and strengths to help the barista team grow and maintain a better Guest First culture every shift.

Position Responsibilities:

Prepare or serve hot or cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, or teas. Provide excellent customer service that meets or exceeds our Guest First culture Receive and process customer payments. Serve prepared foods, such as muffins, sweets, or bagels. Stock customer service stations with paper products or beverage preparation items. Wrap, label, or date food items for sale. Follow and support all standards and practices and assist in further improving methods Clean or sanitize service areas, utensils, and equipment. Check temperatures of freezers, refrigerators, and heating equipment to ensure proper functioning. Take ownership of and utilize checklists to set up and run a successful shift as well as hold the team accountable. To assist in training new baristas and maintaining an environment to help them succeed. Promote positive moral and environment through counseling and leadership Comply fully with all Safety Policies and Procedures.
