The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food service management and hospitality, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining a positive and efficient work environment. This role requires excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively. Duties Supervise front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders, ensuring high standards of service and hospitality. Manage daily operations, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations of staff members. Oversee food handling practices to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Coordinate catering services and special events, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service. Utilize Toast POS system for managing orders, payments, and inventory tracking. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of front-of-house areas to create a welcoming atmosphere. Experience Proven experience in food service management or hospitality management is required. Strong knowledge of food handling practices and health regulations. Previous experience supervising staff in a fast-paced environment is essential. Familiarity with catering operations is a plus. Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members. Experience using Aloha POS or similar systems is preferred but not mandatory.
