What You’ll Do:

Work closely with our Director of Beer Hall Operations and FOH Manager to lead day-to-day floor operations Assist in training, mentoring, and motivating the front of house team to deliver top-tier service Ensure smooth execution of events and daily service, keeping a sharp eye on timing, details, and guest satisfaction Be a go to problem solver and decision maker during high volume shifts Support scheduling, staffing, and service standards with an eye for continuous improvement Create a welcoming and inclusive vibe for both guests and team members

What We’re Looking For:

Prior restaurant experience is a must, and some management or supervisory experience is strongly preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to lead with confidence in a loud, fast paced environment Must be of legal drinking age and able to work on your feet for long shifts Experience with events, private parties, or brewery operations is a major plus A love for (and knowledge of) craft beer, craft beverages and craft food is a plus!

The Details:

This is a full-time position with a mix of opening and closing shifts Must be available on weekends and evenings We’re closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, so you’ll always have two days to recharge Why Work With Us?
