Bam Kazam is a first of its kind challenge arcade. Step into life-sized games, where you’re belly of a giant whale or sneak through a museum to snag a priceless painting. What We’re Looking For:
We need a proactive go-getter, keen on making things happen. You’ll oversee our unique blend of gaming and dining, ensuring everything runs smoothly. If you’re a creative, detail-oriented leader eager to shape our customer and employee journey, let’s talk!
Responsibilities:
Keep our environment fun, efficient, and professional. Train and manage our awesome team of a dozen employees. Handle everything from bar ops to game room adventures. Engage with guests to guarantee smiles all around. Respond swiftly and kindly to customer inquiries. Ensure our space stays top-notch, from props to spaces.
Qualifications:
Tech-savvy, with a knack for learning new software quickly. A natural leader who’s all about team motivation. Great at solving problems on the fly, with customers and staff. Handy with set design and maintenance. Ready to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Background in theater or hospitality? Big plus!
