The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service in the catering, restaurant, or hotel industries. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing staff, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Lead and motivate team members to achieve operational excellence and deliver outstanding customer service. Oversee daily operations, including food preparation, catering services, and bartending activities. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Develop training programs for staff to enhance their skills in food handling, preparation, and customer engagement. Manage budgeting processes to optimize operational efficiency while maintaining quality service. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement of food and beverage supplies. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive dining experience. Qualifications Proven experience in a managerial role within the catering, restaurant, or hotel industry. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to train and develop team members effectively. Experience with budgeting and financial management in a hospitality setting is preferred. A background in bartending or food preparation is a plus.
