Job Details Job Details As a Production Manager in ourorganization, you will be at the heart of our food and packagingoperations. This role is integral to our mission of deliveringhigh-quality, safe, and innovative food products to our customers.

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production,including manufacturing operations, facility management, and leanmanufacturing initiatives. This role is a critical link between ourproduction team and the rest of the organization, ensuring that ourproducts meet the highest standards of quality and safety. If youare passionate about food production, have a keen eye for detail,and are ready to lead a dynamic team, we would love to hear fromyou. Responsibilities 1. Oversee all aspects of food production andpackaging operations, ensuring compliance with local, state, andfederal regulations. 2. Implement and maintain HACCP, SQF, FSMA,and PCQI standards throughout the production process. 3. Drive leanmanufacturing initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce waste, andincrease productivity. 4. Manage the day-to-day operations of theproduction facility, including equipment maintenance, inventorymanagement, and staff scheduling. 5. Collaborate with otherdepartments to develop and implement production plans that alignwith company objectives. 6. Monitor product quality and implementcorrective actions as necessary to maintain the highest standardsof food safety and quality. 7. Train, mentor, and developproduction staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement andprofessional growth. 8. Conduct regular audits and inspections toensure adherence to quality and safety standards. Qualifications 1.Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, Business, or arelated field is preferred. 2. Bilingual Spanish / English required3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in production management inthe food manufacturing industry. 4. Proficient knowledge of HACCP,SQF, FSMA, and PCQI standards and regulations. 5. Demonstratedexperience in implementing and driving lean manufacturinginitiatives. 6. Strong leadership and team management skills, witha proven track record of developing high-performing teams. 7.Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment,managing multiple tasks simultaneously. 9. Strong communication andinterpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectivelywith diverse teams. 10. Experience in facility management,including equipment maintenance and inventory management. 11.Proven ability to ensure the highest standards of food safety andquality. Interested in hearing more?
