The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the food industry, particularly within restaurant settings, and will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service while maintaining operational efficiency. This role is pivotal in fostering a positive work culture and driving the success of our establishment. Duties Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service. Manage inventory control processes to minimize waste and ensure adequate stock levels. Lead and train staff, promoting teamwork and professional development. Implement effective food management practices to maintain compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and address any operational challenges. Monitor financial performance and assist in budget management. Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive sales. Experience Proven experience in a managerial role within the casual dining or food industry is preferred. Strong background in customer service, with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences. Experience in team management, including staff training and development. Familiarity with inventory control systems and food management practices. Previous experience working in restaurants or hotels is a plus.
