The well-appointed 122-guest room property has a beautiful location, next to Market Fair, walking distance to several restaurants, less than 1.5 miles to Princeton University and Princeton Junction train station. We are seeking a highly motivated leader as an experienced Assistant General Manager to oversee the operations of our establishment. As the Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the business, including staff supervision, customer service, and financial performance.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Working closely with ownership on renovation projects
  • Oversee day-to-day operations by excelling customer service and satisfaction
  • Continual training, training, and managing staff members
  • Develop and implement strategies to food & beverage area
  • Monitor inventory levels and control costs
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
  • Procurement Skill Set:

    To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

  • Minimum knowledge of Opera Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS)
  • Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager or General Manager role
  • Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
