We’re launching our very first location right here in New Jersey, and we’re looking for a hands-on, high-energy General Manager to help bring it to life. You’ll be working directly with a local New Jersey franchisee, SavorPartners Corp. who believes in building something that lasts

Build, train, and inspire a tight-knit, high-energy team that delivers awesome food and fast, friendly service. Own the operation. Run the show
• manage daily ops, P&L, labor, food quality, and the overall guest experience. Shape the brand. Work closely with leadership to refine the model, give feedback, and help drive our future growth. Drive the vibe. Create a space that feels local, fast, and fun

Who You Are A Jersey-tough operator who leads by example and isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves. You’ve got at least 3 years of experience running a restaurant (fast casual, family dining, or full-service). You keep your cool under pressure and know how to turn busy into profitable fun. You care deeply about food, people, and giving guests a great reason to return. You want more than a job
