Crew is an upscale fast-casual café located in Chatham, NJ, serving crave-worthy breakfast sandwiches, scratch-made English muffins, and specialty coffee with hospitality at its core. We’re a growing brand with big ambitions, and we’re looking for a dynamic, hands-on Café Manager to lead our front-of-house team, drive great service, and help us continue building something special.

Chatham, NJ What You’ll Do:

Lead daily café operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient service from open to close. Set the tone for warm, engaging hospitality by coaching and inspiring baristas, counter staff, and support team members. Own hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management for the FOH team. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked front-of-house that reflects the Crew brand. Collaborate with the kitchen, leadership, and ownership to implement systems, improve workflow, and hit operational goals. Monitor labor, waste, and cost controls, and support overall profitability through smart decision-making. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. Act as the point person for guest concerns or escalations and turn challenges into opportunities for memorable service.

What We’re Looking For:

At least 2-4 years of experience in a leadership role within a café, restaurant, or fast-casual environment. Strong knowledge of café operations, barista workflow, and coffee programs. A natural leader who leads from the floor, sets high standards, and holds the team accountable with care. Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitality and team culture. Comfortable working early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
